dale carnegie bookIf you’re thinking about signing up for a Dale Carnegie course, now is the time: “Effective Communications & Human Relations/Skills For Success” is scheduled to start again in two weeks.

As it says on the organization’s local Website:

This course will help you master the capabilities demanded in today’s tough business environment. You’ll learn to strengthen interpersonal relationships, manage stress and handle fast-changing workplace conditions. You’ll be better equipped to perform as a persuasive communicator, problem-solver and focused leader. And you’ll develop a take-charge attitude initiated with confidence and enthusiasm.

The course is for employees of all levels, as long as they’d like to maximize performance, become stronger leaders, and bring more value to their organization. Skills taught include how to tackle complex challenges, generate ideas, build consensus, communicate clearly, and more. The courses are run in 12- or 8-week blocks, once per week, at several hours per session. This allows participants the chance to practice their new skills before their next session.

The next session starts Feb. 22 on Tuesday evenings, but another one begins April 15 and runs Fridays during the day. Both are $1,500.

This post is brought to you by the good folks at Dale Carnegie Training of Central Indiana. We would love to connect with you on Facebook.
