Most of us already know that social media is a great way to stay connected to friends and family. But have you ever considered using it to stay connected with your Dale Carnegie classmates?

Dale Carnegie Training of Central Indiana has the perfect opportunity through its LinkedIn group. This is a platform for graduates, participants, instructors and coaches to network with each other and share ideas and information on solutions to their business challenges. There are thousands of graduates in Indiana and Ohio, all with thousands of hours of experience in a variety of disciplines.

We have an active training and coaching staff, so feel free to join our group, ask questions of our trainers and share your successes. If you have a challenge related to business leadership, communication, sales or marketing, chances are good that someone else in this area has a solution that you can implement.

I remember vividly my graduation night, where I wanted to do anything I could to stay in touch with the people I had just spent the last 12 weeks with. Through their courage, I had somehow found courage of my own, and I so appreciated their candor and willingness to be vulnerable. I had become Facebook friends with many of them on Facebook and had also exchanged e-mails, but there was no centralized location for all us to gather online. This LinkedIn group is the perfect solution.

So head on over to the LinkedIn group page and click “Join Group.” If you don’t have a LinkedIn account, it’s easy to sign up for a free account here.

This post is brought to you by the good folks at Dale Carnegie Training of Central Indiana. We would love to connect with you on Facebook.
